NORA London is committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below, you’ll find full details on how we handle shipping and returns.
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Once your order has been successfully placed, it will be prepared for shipment from our warehouse.
It takes 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order after it is placed.
Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping and delivery usually take 2 to 5 business days after your order has been processed.
If your product is low in stock, shipping may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 business days.
Please rest assured that we are doing our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Orders are fulfilled through trusted logistics partners, including 4PX, Yun, Yodel, and Royal Mail, to ensure reliable delivery throughout the UK and Ireland.
Shipping is free.
Returns
We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
To ensure your return reaches us safely and remains eligible for a refund, we kindly ask that all returns are sent using tracked international Royal Mail, after you have received return instructions from us. This helps protect both you and us from delays or lost parcels and allows us to process your return promptly once the item is received and passes inspection.
Please Note:
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition
- We are happy to accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, as most orders are processed quickly and may be dispatched shortly after
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and has passed a brief quality inspection
